Stanley K. Doobin

- Owner & CEO
Stanley Doobin joined Harvard Maintenance in 1984 and was later named President in 1995, succeeding his father. By providing high quality managed services, Mr. Doobin has grown a small private company into an organization with over 7,000 employees and revenues in excess of $350M..

Mr. Doobin’s “Inverted Pyramid” approach has been the foundation of Harvard’s philosophy of supporting employees in the field to ensure a great working environment, and they in turn can provide exceptional service to our clients.

Mr. Doobin, a CPA, holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Washington & Lee University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Emory University.

Mr. Doobin was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004 by Ernst & Young. He has also served as President of organizations such as the Accident Prevention & Safety League and the Building Services Contractor Association International (BSCAI).



Robert Conforti

- Regional Vice President – Mid-Atlantic Region
Robert Conforti joined Harvard Protection Services in 2006 and adds further depth and expertise to our diverse management team. Mr. Conforti spent thirty years working for the FBI and served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Philadelphia Division from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Conforti has held key positions in the Bureau’s Washington DC, New York, Boston, and Illinois offices.

Mr. Conforti is a member of the Philadelphia Crime Prevention Council and is a board member for the Citizens Crime Commission of Philadelphia. Mr. Conforti has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Iona College.



S. Joseph Hall

- Vice President - Business Development
Joseph Hall joined Harvard in 2006 and is the executive lead for Harvard Protection Services’ business development and project resource allocation. Mr. Hall has worked with clients throughout the country in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies since 1995; working in major markets to include San Francisco, Washington DC/Northern Virginia, Philadelphia, Chicago, and New York City.

A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Hall has over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Throughout his career, he has assisted clients in market segments to include Commercial Office, Financial, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technology and Entertainment, including many fortune 500 customers on a local and national scale. He is an active member of ASIS, BOMA, and various local security and local law enforcement organizations.



Gabriel Duarte

- Vice President - Operations

Gabriel Duarte has worked in the security industry for over 25 years, 19 of them with Harvard. Mr. Duarte was originally hired as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice President.

Mr. Duarte is a Senior Fire Safety Director and manages Harvard Protection Services’ Operations. Mr. Duarte is also a certified instructor pursuant to the Security Guard Act of 1992.







Kim Beta-Tripodo

- Vice President of Human Resources
Kim Beta-Tripodo joined Harvard in 2006 as Director of Human Resources. In 2012 she was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and joined Harvard’s Senior Management Team.

Building on her past experience with companies such as Omnicom and Honeywell, Ms. Beta-Tripodo leads HR and Training. She is responsible for maintaining a uniform approach to hiring practices and labor regulatory compliance.

Ms. Beta-Tripodo is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Ms. Beta-Tripodo holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from Pace University and a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources from Fordham University.



Cristina M. Johns

- Human Resources Manager
Cristina Johns joined Harvard in 2010 as a Human Resources Generalist & Benefits Administrator. She came to Harvard with for years of security industry experience in Human Resources. Ms. Johns currently is the Human Resources Manager for Harvard Protection Services. Ms. Johns is responsible for recruitment planning, hiring and on-boarding, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, HRIS management, employee development, and learning and development initiatives.

Ms. Johns is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
